Food Delivery onboard
Where do you deliver?
Delivery service is growing in Italy and available in many of your favorite locations. Verify in the App if the service is already active in your area.
Do you deliver in the open sea?
Our pilots deliver within 1nm from the coastline. Our at anchor delivery locations are identified on the app.
How does the onboard delivery work?
Register online or access the app, select the service location, select the restaurant, the dishes and the the delivery time. Provide your email and mobile phone number and prepay. You will receive an order confirmation while we prepare your delivery.
How is the food delivered?
The Foodinghy pilot picks up your order directly from the restaurant kitchen. The Pilot will contact the customer by phone in proximity to the boat for final identification and delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?
Foodinghy accepts online payments with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Prepayment creates a safer work edperience for our Pilots and allows Foodinghy to offer the best culinary experience.
When do you deliver?
Check our App for specific delivery times for each restaurant. Though times vary based on location and restaurant, Foodinghy generally delivers between noon and 7pm.
When can I order food delivery?
Order food delivery or take away on the same day of service. You can order from the morning through service hours. Early orders allow our restaurants to optimize the kitchen staff and offer you the best possibile experience.
When can I place my galley order?
Order your galley at least one day before delivery. This allows our partners to optimize the delivery process and offer you the best possible experience. In high-season, Foodinghy recommends pre-ordering one week in advance.
How is the food packed?
The food is delivered in dedicated sealed packages made with compostable and recycled material. Food and drinks are transported in thermal containers to preserve flavors and optimal temperature.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. Foodinghy will return the payment in line with the return policy.
My delivery or take out is delayed, who can I contact?
Foodinghy tracks all orders. We will contact you proactively if we have any issue regarding your order. You may also contact us at +39 010 8565498 for an update.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes?
Yes, many of our partner restaurants include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes in their menu.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order varies with our partner. If your order is below the minimum order requirement, it will appear at checkout before payment.

How can I order galley provisioning?
Download the app, choose the provisioning service and select the products, Kits and Smart shortcuts.
Which products are available for galley provisioning?
Foodinghy offers a variety of fresh, canned and packaged foods, drinks and necessities. We include organic goods and plastic-free packaging.
Can I personalize my galley provisioning?
Foodinghy simplifies product selection by organizing them by nature and final use. We have also created shortcuts (Smart and Kits) to reduce order entry and eliminate product waste. Should you require further personalization of the order, do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
Can I plan my galley provisioning delivery in advance
Foodinghy recommends ordering one week in advance. All orders must be completed by at least noon the day before the requested delivery date.

Deliveries are generally delivered within 60 minutes of the requested delivery time. Foodinghy will contact the customer in the event of variations from the expected delivery time.

Yes, you can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. Foodinghy will return the payment in line with the return policy.
